As many of you know, I've been photographing nature for over 30 years now.  I've had the fortunate opportunity to experience some the the most incredible scenery a person could ever imagine.  Unfortunately, I've noticed extreme increases in visitation to some of these locations due to the internet, social media, and GPS technology.  This in turn has caused irreversible damage to many of these areas. 

A couple of years ago a small group of nature photographers who've noticed the same thing decide to take action.  We decided to do what we can as stewards to help protect our fragile environment.  We came up with 7 principles for nature photographers which anyone can follow.  We're hoping this starts a world-wide cultural movement in the nature photography world.

Earlier this year the Montrose hospital used 4 of my images for their enormous skylight.  The long ones are over 12 feet long!
